Cherry Homestead
We welcome you to stay in our cute little farm cottage here at Cherry Homestead, an old tobacco farm converted into an organic small scale orchard.
The cottage is privately situated on the property and overlooking the farm and the Kahurangi mountains. The cottage is newly renovated and sleeps up to 5 people with 3 people in the little sleep out.
With the Great Taste Trail on our doorstep, it's the perfect stop to rest those tired legs. Offering a fully self-contained cottage, including private deck with BBQ, stunning view, on-site craft studio, we hope to make your stay an unforgettable one.

Hardy Street School House
Centrally located and set up for biking and other adventures, the Hardy Street School House is the perfect base for discovering the beautiful Nelson / Tasman region, and it’s only minutes’ walk to Nelson’s best Cafe’s, Restaurants and Bars.
Hardy Street School House is one of the oldest buildings in Nelson (1860). A full renovation was completed in 2023 to convert the interior into two contemporary, self-catering luxe apartments with either 2 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms or combined for 6 bedrooms (all rooms ensuite) for larger groups. Both apartments include secure bike storage and share a private decked courtyard, the perfect place for a post-exploration catch-up or unwind.

A sculpture garden and galleries set in 5 acres of mature garden/forest with pond. Featuring the work of David Carson and varied New Zealand artists. Also provide accommodation, with a cottage that sleeps 1 to 4 and house that sleeps up to 9.
Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve
Famous for it's Golden Sand beach and blue-green water, Kaiteriteri offers a well appointed Camp ground with Cabins, General Store, Restaurant and our Mountain Bike Park. Activities include Kayaking, Water Taxi tours to Abel Tasman National Park, walking tracks and Mini Golf. We are at the Northern end of the Great Taste Trail.
The Tasman region is famous for its produce, both from the water and the land, there is no better place to enjoy this than Waterfront Restaurant at Kaiteriteri. Our head chef and his team have created menus showcasing local produce. The dining experience is enhanced with a fine selection of Tasman wines and craft beers. Surrounded by local wineries and well known for growing great Hops, Brightwater is a great place to base yourself so you can explore the great outdoors.
Knott Home is a quiet oasis that offers several different accommodation options. Accommodation is separate/stand alone to our private home and your privacy well be respected. Set at the rear of the property and surrounded by a private and fully fenced garden area with a swimming pool and spa you will be able to sit back and relax in the outdoor seating areas whilst you enjoy the many local amenities at hand.
Off road parking and easy self- check in with lock box access makes it a simple and hassle-free arrival process. Ample space for bike parking.

Palms Motel
We are situated at the beginning of the Great Taste Trail and we have a bike lock up room. Our motel is close to all local amenities. The fully fenced swimming pool is heated in summer and in the pool area is a large electric barbecue and dining area.

This delightful cottage is situated right alongside the Baton Valley section of the Great Taste Trail - 3kms up the Baton Valley Road from the Woodstock intersection. Peaceful and secluded, it is the perfect place to rest up and enjoy a true back country experience. Wake up to the sound of bird song and a view of the beautiful Baton River. Great value at $120 per night for 3. The cottage has one queen size bed and one single, a well equipped kitchen and BBQ. It features an enclosed outdoor shower and a traditional composting toilet. Totara House is a boutique-styled country Devon long house, located 10 mins walking distance to our beautiful village of Wakefield. Only 10 mins bike ride to the entrance to the Great Taste Trail. We have plenty of power points for your bikes if you have E-bikes.
