Kaimira Estate Wines

We are located just a couple of kilometres off the Trail - head out of Brightwater towards Waimea West, cross the Wai-iti Bridge and follow the Winery sign down Palmer Road.  We produce a wide range of wines - all the usual favourites plus some less usual varietals and styles like Semillon, Viognier, Pinot Blanc, vintage Methode Traditionnelle, and our unique red blend "Hui Whero".  All wines are fully certified organic from the 2013 vintage.

Our cellar door is open November to end March;  11am to 4.30pm weekdays and selected weekends.  Wine tasting is free of charge;  there is always an interesting selection on the Bargain Barrel;  we also display and sell local art.

After your visit, return to Richmond by a different route using the Waimea Walk/Cycleway located on the boundary of our vineyard.
